My mom sent me these flowers to encourage me for a big exam I had coming up, and they’re beautiful!! They were so kind, she had called just this morning and asked them to put chocolate too which they did and delivered it within a couple hours. They gave a vase for free too because they said that a student like me might not have a vase and I think that’s the most thoughtful, extra mile customer service I’ve ever seen. 10/10 recommend and thank you to them!! ☺️☺️

Sadly, I need to share the terrible experience I had at Art Florist in Rockville Centre. As a town resident, I have used this florist for over 10 years. My best friend’s father passed away unexpectedly. I had known this man since I was 13 years old ~ for 40 years. I ordered flowers and a chocolate to be delivered for my daughter for her exam. Debbie was very helpful, she delivered flowers immediately. My daughter was so happy to receive them. Knowing she is a student, Debbie added a vase too. Very thoughtful! Thank you Art flower shop and Debbie. This is an exemplary customer service.

I couldn't be happier with the floral arrangements from Art Flowers! The flowers were absolutely stunning, fresh, and beautifully arranged. The staff was also incredibly helpful and friendly, making the whole process a joy.

I can’t say enough amazing things about Deb and everyone at Art Florist. My dad lives in Vermont and for a lot of my big events (birthdays, getting engaged, getting married and finding out I was pregnant) he has used Art Florist to send beautiful arrangements as congratulations since he couldn’t be here in person. Every time he has sent a floral arrangement from Art Florist it has blown me away. So beautifully put together and always special. Deb and her team are fantastic!
