My experience with Complete Shredding solutions is as follows: First job: no issues! Second job: Dispatcher provided terrible customer service, lack of professionalism and terribly rude. My boss got a call from the driver saying that they were at the location but the representative gave them the wrong address. When I called to advise that the driver was at the wrong location , the representative was extremely rude and gave me a complete attitude almost yelling at me for asking when will they arrive.
