I had over 40 boxes of paper that needed to be shredded and I preferred an onsite service. Complete Shredding had the best prices and was able to be onsite in days not weeks! I am very pleased with the service this company provided. Joe, the manager, responded to my email in a timely manner. All of my questions were answered; there were no surprises or hidden charges. Everyone I spoke with was polite and professional: Ty, Roseanne, Doreen, and Alfred. Alfred handled the shredding service quickly and efficiently. The owner is a great guy to deal with. He was realistic with his pricing and time frame. Kevin the driver is also an outstanding guy. Both were very polite helpful and had GREAT customer service. Would absolutely recommend using this company for shredding needs.
