Horrible experience. Called to schedule an extra pick and it was confirmed multiple times before the date only for them to never show up. Second time I needed to shred about 40boxes of files that were in a storage unit. This was explained over and over. Multiple calls to reconfirm since the first time they didn’t even show up. My manager waited at a storage for about 3-4 hours which was the window they gave us only for them not to show up again.
Everyone at Data-Struction was professional and helpful (Joe! Kim!). The whole scheduled process was quick and easy (Robert! Kenny!), including both shredding and electronic destruction, and the cost was entirely reasonable. Highly recommended.
The service was excellent! I would highly recommend to anyone who has shredding needs. The guys were right on time. Fast and efficient! I had 7 medium-size boxes with documents. They were in and out in less than 30 minutes.
This was a great experience that I had with Data-Struction, Inc. Scheduling the appointment was a breeze, the gentlemen showed up exactly on time the day of the appointment. They were friendly and courteous. They shredded A LOT and I mean A Lot of documents in about 15 minutes. The cost was good...best money I've spent in a long time. I highly recommend Data-Struction Inc., Complete Shredding Solutions.
