Poor representation in personal injury case. Car accident as pedestrian with arm fracture, months of grueling PT, met all EBT & exam requirements. Just told case dismissed by judge under motion for summary judgment, no money recovered. Law firm did not submit x-rays of my arm fracture to judge, totally negligent.
They will squeeze you for everything they can, you even pay their gas for them to do their job, they bill you for the court reporter...
