Bob was great! Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job on my guitar installing my brand new EMGs DG20s active Strat Pickups. Everyone at Ed Roman's Guitars was likewise friendly and incredibly professional. The shop is definitely a beautiful sight to behold
The staff here is wonderful, I already knew what I wanted before going in and they took me right to it. No up sales, no pressure and I walked out paying $300.00 less than expected. While waiting on the paperwork I had a chance to look around and the craftsmanship in their own Made in the USA/ Las Vegas guitars was impeccable. Felt like a kid at Disneyland going from one fine axe to another! Great place, great prices and a great bunch of people to do business with!
Unfortunately, I can't recommend this store to musicians looking to invest in instruments. I bought a guitar from RM guitars that was "restored" by their team. Within 12 months, I've experienced serious issues with my guitar such that the instrument produces no sound when plugged into an amplifier.
I cannot recommend Roman Guitars enough. In my personal experience with Scott, not only did I get an amazing guitar, but I was also given a military discount, plus they paid $25 more on shipping than I was charged. Due to the amazing level of service I received, plus the incredible 12 year old guitar (NOS), and everything else considered, I will be buying here again!!! I'm a Kramer guy since the 80s. Scott and Bob went above and beyond to make sure my Steinberger XM-2 went together right. I initially had a slight issue with my order, but Scott made sure that it was taken care of in a timely, efficient, and friendly manner. The guys at the shop communicated with me the entire time ensuring the safety of my bass and really earned my trust as a top notch guitar shop and Steinberger hub in the United States. Thanks guys!
