This place is amazing for what it is if you understand its not a hands on car wash before you go. The workers and owners are all very nice and helpful. You really have to get the unlimited monthly subscription and use it as such if you are a local, thats where this place really shines. Love Soaktown!! So many benefits. The membership option is beyond wonderful. Close to home and convenient. Staff is always beyond friendly and I have to say this is the best car wash experience I enjoy.
I went to Soaktown yesterday for the first time. After one of the men explained the options to me he suggested I give it a try to see if the concept of express washing worked for me before signing up for a monthly unlimited service. No hard sell, nothing to make me uncomfortable. The wash left my car clean, sparkling and dryer than it ever was when gone over by two attendants with towels. The vacuum power was great, saving much time. I will be back to happily go unlimited.
Soaktown is an Excellent Carwash. The equipment is always operable and the provided microtowels are always clean and plentiful. I love that the vacuuming stalls are wide enough to provide enough space that vehicle doors do not collide with one another and the people were not interfering with one another while vacuuming their respective vehicles. Semi self service car wash. Even with a line it moves quickly. Vacuum to your preference of clean. Econmic way to keep your car tidy. You need your own window cleaner and interior spray but cloths to wipe down inside and dry off car exterior are available for use. Also, i was told they will clean rubber mats.
