Nice, inexpensive car wash, and it's fun to sit inside as the car is being washed. That's a rarity nowadays. After the wash, you can dry and vacuum the car yourself. The only drawback is that there is rarely a spot available to do this unless you try to go off peak. There are only about 6 or 7 stalls. They supply towels and vacuums. A bare bones wash is $11. I recommend it.
First I did not know that this was a self service, so shame on me. The process was fast. You pay for the service you want and then you go through the machine. That was also fast, and my car was washed really well. I went to vacuum my car which was ok. They say that there's a 5 min limit to vacuum but I don't see how especially if your car is dirty. No one came to check so we took our time. Overall it was a good experience and will be back but to do an exterior wash when my car is not so dirty
I really love this car wash! I love how they figured out how to keep the price down for a membership by letting you do your vacuuming and drying on your own. I want my car washed and looking nice and clean but honestly don't want to pay a fortune. This option works for me. I gave it four stars because of the hours. I work contract jobs. I've wanted to go since the day that they opened but since then I've been on a 7-day, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. shift. Our go-to place to wash the car. Excellent service and friendly staff. Only drawback is when there is a line to vacuum. Hard to exit. All is fine nevertheless. 2 locations… had an issue and never the owners called me back bright away. Talk about service (at the top).
I’ve had nothing but pleasant experiences with Soak Town. I’ve been to several locations over the last year. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Love how quick the wash is. They also do a fantastic job cleaning the inside of my large SUV. 🚙
