He takes the time to explain everything clearly, is always thorough, and even makes the effort to meet in person when needed. You can tell he truly cares about doing what’s right for you, not just rushing through the work. A great professional and an even better person. I also speak with Barbara often when I call, she is the best!

Quality of tax preparations were good but the invoice was 3 times the initial estimated cost. I simply asked the billing dept regarding the discrepancy, Alan Tepper called me. He was rude, accused me of not wanting to pay my bill and spoke to me in a diminutive manner.
