Had cancelled the contract, conveniently “they never got it” even after speaking to someone after I faxed it over! Convenient!! Do not trust this company!!

Thank you for your review. Per the contract you signed we require a cancellation/withdrawal letter in writing, and nothing was received. Upon further investigating we never received a fax to cancel, and no conversation was had to verify a cancelation/withdrawal was received in our office. Our faxes come in through to our email and no cancellation/withdrawal was ever received for your property for the 2021/22 tax year therefore your contract wasn’t cancelled.
